Robb Whitehead is a certified Wellness Coach passionate about helping individuals achieve balance, vitality, and a fulfilling life. Drawing from personal experience and decades of learning, he empowers clients to cultivate healthy habits, build resilience, and thrive inside and out.
Robb’s journey began in his early 20s after the sudden loss of his mother. Struggling with depression, debilitating headaches, and unhealthy habits, he sought answers through therapy, self-help, and a deep exploration of the connection between nutrition, mindset, and well-being. This turning point sparked a lifelong commitment to personal growth, healing, and empowering others to do the same.
With over 30 years of experience—including reading countless self-help books, exploring a wide range of therapies, and navigating his own physical and emotional pain—Robb understands that true wellness is holistic. It’s not about treating the mind, body, or emotions in isolation, but honoring how deeply interconnected they are. He believes that real change comes when insight is paired with action. Robb transforms deep personal understanding into practical, action-oriented coaching that helps clients create meaningful and lasting change.

Before I started coaching, I was stuck in an extremely unhealthy lifestyle—both physically and mentally.
